Plant a Rain Garden in our Community!

Reep Green Solutions is hosting a work party next Saturday (June 16th) here in the Mount Hope neighbourhood as part of the RAIN Smart Neighbourhoods project. Last weekend they had a successful work party in Lakeside, where Mount Hope resident Carolyn got her hands dirty in preparation for her upcoming rain garden installation!

They are asking the community to pitch in and help transform a patch of grass into a beautiful space that will attract pollinators and reduce run-off. You will be able to see first hand how to make the transformation on your own property while making a lasting contribution to the community.
