607 King General Partnership, the owner of 607 King Street West, would like to invite you to an Open House to discuss the proposed SIXO Midtown development and associated municipal planning applications.
The Owner is proposing a master planned high density mixed use development comprised of commercial uses, multiple residential dwelling units and office uses. Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications are necessary to permit the Master Plan. The applications have been in process since June, 2017.
At the Open House the project team will be available to provide an update on the project, including a summary how the applications have been adjusted to address the feedback we’ve heard through the review process. The planning applications are anticipated to be scheduled for an upcoming meeting at the City of Kitchener for a decision in August or September, 2018. Separate notice of that meeting will be mailed by the City of Kitchener when the meeting date has been set.
