First: Calling Midtown youth (11-17): Come for pizza + share your ideas!! The City of Kitchener wants to learn what YOUth in Midtown think about their neighbourhood, and how to make it more fun.

Meet up at the WALES portable, 14 Braun St, to:

Second: Preliminary design plans for the future privately owned, publicly accessible parkette at the corner of Moore Ave & Wellington Street North will be available for viewing and comment.

This invitation follows Kitchener City Council’s resolution of June 25, 2018 “That Planning staff be directed to involve a number of representatives from the community in the review of the design of the privately owned and maintained publicly accessible parkette (amenity area) plans at the corner of Moore Avenue and Wellington Street North, at the site planning
stage.”
