Join the MHBPNA for their annual general meeting this October. Official business includes a financial update and election of a new executive. An unsupervised room off of the solarium will be available with LEGO for kids. The MHBPNA has a newly updated website, so keep an eye on it closer to the 21st for a full agenda.
Guest speakers include:
– Eric Pisani from the Region of Waterloo will speak about the changes to the bus routes that will be occurring alongside the implementation of the LRT.
– Councillor Sarah Marsh will provide a review of the last year in Ward 10.
Would you like to get involved? There are many positions open on the executive, which you can read all about in the constitution. Questions about the AGM, executive or neighbourhood can be sent to mhbpna@gmail.com.
The Mount Hope-Breithaupt Park neighbourhood encompasses portions of midtown and extends past Breithaupt Park; anyone outside of the boundary is also welcome to attend the AGM to hear from the speakers and inquire about development or events in the neighbourhood.
