Text from invitation prepared by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hamilton:
NEIGHBOURS AND PROPERTY OWNERS ARE INVITED to Attend a Neighbourhood Workshop
The owner of the site, The Roman Catholic Diocese of Hamilton, is considering re-use alternatives to the former convent and school located on the site. The purpose of the workshop is to collect residents input on the types of uses residents would like to see for the future re-use of the site.
The workshop is open to the public and will be held in the Parish Hall of the Sacred Heart Church. MHBC and the Diocese will open the informal workshop with a short presentation, followed by breaking up the session into smaller groups for informal roundtable discussion. Residents unable to attend may submit their comments to kmckrow@mhbcplan.com.
For those attending by car, parking is available on site in the rear of Sacred Heart School.
